Advocacy and Communications Officer – H.O.P.E
Helping Our People Excel (HOPE), Inc. is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to championing the causes of women and girls in Liberia, with a focus on sexual and reproductive health and rights, Education for all and leadership development for women and girls. SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure regular and effective communication with diverse external audiences to promote HOPE’s advocacy, learning, and capacity building, and other activities
Develop and deliver targeted communications packages such as press releases, briefings, tweets, and blogs.
Oversee the management of social media profiles to cover all program activities
Liaise with communications teams and partner organizations to support alignment of messaging
Field Officers- H.O.P.E
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Interface with communities on the day-to-day implementation of the HOPE program activities
- Support mobilization and organization of communities in reviewing awareness using standard IEC materials provided.
- Monitoring and supporting the functioning of project community structures (Committees, Clubs, etc.) on implementation of developed action-plan and awareness activities in conjunction with the local authorities.
Monitoring, Evaluation, & Learning (MEL) Officer – H.O.P.E

● Support the management and implementation of the HOPE MEL strategy.
● Support the development of MEL frameworks, tools, plans, schedules, and systems
● Initiate planning sessions for data collection, management, reviews, and reporting
● Lead planning quarterly review meetings, collation of key documents, and documentation of learnings.
INVITATION TO BID FOR SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION BOMI COUNTY
The Bomi Community College has received budgetary appropriation for Public Sector Investment Project (PSIP) from the Government of Liberia through the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MFDP) and intends to apply part of the PSIP budgetary appropriation toward the cost of the construction of school building/smart classrooms.

MILL ENGINEER – LIBINC Oil Palm (Palm Bay)
Job Requirement
- Minimum 5 years working experience in an RSPO-Certified Palm Oil Mill
- A degree in Engineering background is preferred.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess valid DOSH Steam Boiler Engineer Steam Certificate of Competency and other relevant engineering competency certificates
- Experience of operating and supervising all palm oil mill stations (vertical sterilizer mill)
- Experienced in operating biogas unit in the palm oil mill.

- Oversee the daily operation of Expertise France’s various facilities in Liberia,
- Ensure maintenance, security, and energy supply for buildings (IT network, internet, generators, solar panels, inverters, batteries, fuel reserves, water, etc.).
