
Mr. Foley D. K. Freeman, Senior Partner
Mr. Freeman, MSc. PG Dip (Fin. Mgt.), ACCA, has more than 15 experiences working in international development, auditing, financial management and teaching. Mr. Freeman is a Senior Partner and the firm’s Current Audit and Training Manager. Mr. Freeman worked with PKF in a managerial position where he services a portfolio of its most important clients. Additionally, he teaches corporate reporting using the international financial reporting standards. Mr. Freeman has consulted for a number of major local and international organizations. These include UNDP, UNCDF, USAID, Central Bank of Liberia and the Ministry of Finance Liberia many other government agencies.

Daniel Blamoh Nah -Managing Partner /CEO
With over twenty years’ (20) experience in various industries, including Auditing, Banking, Education, Automobile, Petroleum, Mining, Project management, Financial Management, Accounting, Human Resource, Shipping, and industrial manufacturing; Daniel runs the day-to-day operations of the firm. His wealth of experience in Accounting, Financial and Asset Management, Withholding and Corporate taxation has been utilized to represent clients during tax audits both here in West Africa (Liberia, Ghana, Sierra Leone), and the United States. Mr. Nah is also a career professional in community and policy development. He has over 20 years working experience with different communities leading initiatives in community development and policy evaluations. Mr. Nah has led several youth-lead projects including leading method youth-led participatory assessments, midterm and final project evaluations, including using child right approach to enhancing children’s participations in community initiatives. Mr. Daniel Blamoh Nah with worth of experience in working with children, including leading on safeguarding, and risk management initiatives to maximize children’s participations. In additional to his career in community development and policy, Mr. Nah has also taken lots of careers and professional experiences in management and financial sectors including setting up management and financial systems. Prior to starting ALI, Daniel worked as Project Manager at Grace For Dover (GFD) in Dover Delaware USA where he designed and successfully implemented a multimillion dollar youth empowerment project. Daniel also served as personal finance supplementary instructor at Delaware State University in the United States. He also worked as Inventory Control and Quality Assurance specialist at Amazon in Middletown Delaware USA. In Africa, Daniel served as Finance Manager for Liberia and Sierra Leone at Boart Longyear Corporation. He also served as Credit Controller and Treasurer, and Chief Accountant at Total Liberia Inc. Daniel has worked as Chief Internal Auditor for LEAP and as Chief Accountant for Toyota Liberia Inc. In these roles, he advised top management on key initiatives-providing them with the necessary tools that enable them to make critical decisions that positively impacted their organizations’ operations. Daniel also worked in strategic financial consulting roles with private enterprises such as Fantini Research Publication and Bloomberg in the United States. He worked closely with top management to implement some global corporations restructuring projects and served as the lead financial and data analyst that provided senior management with up-to-date financial performance reporting and information that aided key decision-making. Daniel holds two Masters degrees: A Master in Business Administration with emphasis in Corporate Finance from Delaware State University USA, and a Master in Community Development Policy and Practice with emphasis in Community Project Management from the University of New Hampshire, USA. Daniel also holds a Combined Major Bachelor of Art degree in Accounting and Sociology from the University of Ghana, Legon. He also holds a diploma in Accounting and Management from AHEAD institute, Ghana. Daniel is currently a candidate for CPA certification.

Mr. Musa K. Sanoe Senior Partner
Mr. Sanoe is a development professional, passionate about achieving quality results and making impacts in the lives of vulnerable populations. He has over 17 years of professional experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and learning with several international non-governmental organizations in health, education, child protection, gender-based violence, forestry, and many grant-funded projects. As a member of the team, he will lead the management of the data collection and analysis. Mr. Sanoe will also assume the responsibilities of training data collectors and programming tools. Mr. Musa K. Sanoe has strong capacity-building skills of data collectors and can innovatively plan and implement data collection using different electronic and web-based software systems. Mr. Sanoe is a leading expert in the development of child-friendly data collection tools, he does this with almost respect for safeguarding, and risk mitigations. He has extensive experience managing research and evaluation teams, planning and setting up M&E systems, designing evaluations, developing protocols, and designing digital data collection tools using mobile phones and tablets. He also has notable expertise in building the capacity of local M&E teams, and government partners and overseeing large-scale longitudinal evaluations. Mr. Musa K. Sanoe holds a Master of Arts in International Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from AME University in Monrovia. He has several certificates in different short-term studies including data management, evaluations, child protection, safeguarding, and risk management.

Ms. Patience Kun Senior Partner
Ms. Patience Kun is a passionate and leading women right activist in Liberia. She has led and partnered with different advocacy groups for policy change and promoting the rights of vulnerable groups such as the rights of girls. In this assignment, Ms. Kun assumes the responsibilities of implementing data collection, the application of all data collection protocols at the field level. This including supervision of the team of data collectors, the application of safeguarding, and following up on the risk management as agreed. Mr. Kun has over 15 years of leading community engagement initiatives including data collection using participatory approaches. During her long experience in data collection, she interacted with lots of vulnerable women, and young people, thus increasing their self-esteem and efficacy to challenge traditional norms that continue to hold them back from achieving their dreams. Ms. Patience Kun has a civil engineering degree, and several other certificates in advocacy, data management, and child protection.

Mr. Jacob N. W. Slewion, Sr., - Senior Partner
With over 15 years’ experience in various functional areas including Financial Management, Auditing, Procurement, Project Management, Economic Analysis, Economic Policy Management, Accounting, Education, Administration, Data Analysis and Public Sector Reform Management; Jacob is currently a Senior Partner and Director of Operations/Procurement at Alniaboh Liberia, Inc. Prior to joining the Alniaboh Team, Jacob worked as an Internal Audit Director and Comptroller at the Ministry of National Defense. In these roles, he successfully guarded against fraud, waste and abuse in the ministry’s expenditure of public resources and he successfully led the reforms for financial management at the Ministry. Jacob also served in the capacities of Director for Policy, Standards & Procedures and Director of Compliance Monitoring at the Public Procurement and Concessions Commission (PPCC). In these roles, he took the lead on formulating policies, standards and procedures for the smooth implementation of the Public Procurement & Concessions Act (PPCA) and also led the efforts of ensuring compliance of the various government agencies, ministries and commissions to the PPCA. Serving also in the capacity of Compliance Audit Director at the General Auditing Commission (GAC), Liberia’s Supreme Audit institution (SAI), Jacob provided guidance and leadership in the formulation of GAC’s Compliance Audit Manual and successful provided leadership for the planning and execution and completion of the first-ever Compliance (Procurement) Audit of Government of Liberia large spending ministries. In the areas of Economic Analysis/Policy Management and Project Management, Jacob served in the following capacities: Team Lead, Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Compact Eligibility Team under the Ministry of Finance & Development Planning. In this role, while monitoring and coordinating the country’s efforts and performances against MCC’s 20 pre-defined economic indicators, ten of which must be passed for eligibility, he led the country’s drive for eligibility which cumulated in the receipt of a 256 Million Dollars Compact for Liberia targeting the Energy and Roads Sectors. Procurement Specialist & Director for the Millennium Challenge Account Liberia (MCAL). In these roles, he successfully led the efforts in standing up the MCAL and provided support for the accomplishment of all of the Conditions Precedent (CPs) for the full establishment and functioning of the MCAL. On the educational front, he lectures Accounting, Economics, Management, Auditing and Procurement at undergraduate level. He holds a bachelor degree in Accounting, minored Management from the African Methodist Episcopal University on Camp Johnson Road, Monrovia and a graduate degree in Economic Policy Management from the Faculty of Economics and Management (FEMA), Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda.

CLEMENT K. TAY -Senior Partner, BBA, CISA, DBA
Mr. Tay is a Senior Partner and the firm’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He is a multi-skilled IT Professional with good all-round supervisory and technical expertise. He has a proven ability to ensure the smooth running of ICT systems and to provide ICT services that will improve the efficiency and performance of any institution. He has extensive practical knowledge of complex systems, builds hardware and software testing, network support, technical support and computer repairs. He spearheads the firm software and hardware development operations and leads software and hardware implementation projects. He has over twelve (15) years’ experience in software development and network infrastructure design, implementation and maintenance. He served as Officer-InCharge of the Software Engineering Unit and ISM/ICT Manager, NDS & Webmaster at Ministry of Health (MOHSW). He has developed many of the Ministry’s internal applications, including its human resource management, payroll processing, and online inventory management. Clement Tay has single-handedly developed some of ALI’s signature software applications, including Developing a Website, E-Commerce, Systems Design (BSD), Database Management. Mr. Tay has traveled extensively and participated in training workshops in East, West and North Africa, and the United States. He holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Information Technology with emphasis in Computer Programming from IPMC Ghana. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD), Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE). He has International Advanced Diploma in Computing Science (IADCS), ITIL Certification, Certificate in ICT Audit, Certificate in Networking+ Certificate in A+ Operating System Concept, Certificate in A+ Hardware Essentials. He is currently a MBA candidate in Information Security Management.
